The places people keep going back to are usually run by one or two people. The barber who knows how you like it. The café that starts your order when you walk in. The garage that tells you honestly what can wait.
Before new customers walk in, they look you up on Instagram. A page that stopped posting in April makes a busy, well-loved business look closed. So owners take on a second job: photos, captions and ideas late at night, after a full day of real work. Or they pay a freelancer $500 or more a month and hope they don't vanish.
Big chains have a marketing team for this. The shop on the corner has its owner, at 11 pm. We don't think it should be that way.
So we built Meerkad: a social media manager a small business can afford. It learns your business from your website, posts in your style with your own photos, and never makes anything up.
